Help and documentation
Short guides to the parts of Employ you will use first. They describe how the product behaves today. Where something is prepared by Employ but submitted or paid by a person, the guide says so.
- How a payroll run works
From the employee list to an approved run and payslips.
- Filings and dates
The monthly and annual returns, their dates and the reminders.
- Roster and events
Plan shifts and event staffing, then carry the hours into pay.
- Worker self-service
What each worker sees and can do on their own phone.
Who does what
- The employer approves each payroll period and its totals.
- An accountant or bureau invited by the owner with the payroll role prepares the work. They see only the companies that invited them.
- A worker sees their own payslips, leave and work record, and nobody else's.
