Worker self-service

A worker has their own account, separate from any employer's. It follows them if they change employer.

What a worker can do

  • Open and download their own payslips, in English or French.
  • Request leave, attach a sick certificate where one is needed, and see the decision and their balance.
  • See their published shifts and event offers, accept or decline, and check in for an event by QR code.
  • Keep a record of their work history across employers.

Getting in

The employer adds the worker's details. The worker signs in with their own email (or Google) and claims their profile. They see the records that belong to them and nothing belonging to other workers.

Who can see a worker's data

The employer sees what it needs to run payroll. Nobody else sees a worker's records unless the worker shares them through a link that they create, that expires and that they can withdraw; each view through it is logged where the worker can see it. See the privacy page.

Data requests

A worker can export their data from their account and ask for a correction. Requests go to hello@employ.mu.

Not what you were looking for? Email hello@employ.mu. Employ prepares payroll and files; the employer approves and humans submit. Statutory figures come from published rates, each with its source.
